Somewhere you will see a button marked add from file, or something like that, click it, in the window that pops up navigate to your desktop, find the archive that you made, and open it. Once that is done open up your mod manager, whether that be NMM or MO, it doesn't matter. Now you can close the archive, now, right click on the data folder on the desktop and use your zip program to create an archive, I would name the archive SKSE64. After you have extracted everything but the data folder extract the data folder from the archive to your desktop. The vid describes the process as such, in greater detail than I will so I still think you should give it a watch, first download the zip file, use a program like winzip or 7zip to open the archive, then you are going to extract everything BUT the data folder to the game's directory by just dragging and dropping, that's the location with the data file and the executable to launch the game.
